Michael Schultz – Founder

Michael Schultz is a serial entrepreneur, having spent three deçades building successful hospitality brands. He dedicated the earlier part of his career to working with Wolfgang Puck and leading an executive team at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Michael has helped create and grow numerous businesses, including Tradecraft Outfitters, Goddess and the Baker, Food Haul, Fairgrounds Coffee & Tea, Boombox Beverage and Infuse Hospitality.

Jeffrey Marquis – Chief Executive Officer

Jeffrey brings a wealth of leadership experience to Infuse Hospitality, with a diverse background spanning the consumer, travel, and hospitality industries. He has held executive roles and has been instrumental to the success of companies such as Guest Services and Travelscape.com. Jeffrey is a CPA and CFA and holds a master's degree from the University of Virginia and Harvard Business School's AMP program.

Wendy Powell - Chief Growth Officer

Wendy brings an impressive background with extensive experience in business development, operations, and strategic implementation for some of North America’s largest commercial food service providers. Most recently, she led a transformative journey as President of a corporate catering company, establishing it as a dynamic leader in New York City’s commissary-based dining space. As Chief Growth Officer, Wendy will focus on driving expansion and enhancing Infuse’s reach in the market. Her entrepreneurial spirit, passion for culinary innovation, and strategic expertise are a perfect match for our ambitious growth goals.

Tom McLaughlin - President , Fairgrounds Coffee & Tea

Tom brings 20+ years of coffee and quick service experience to Infuse Hospitality. He has grown his career with a passion for operations and people development with brands such as Caribou Coffee, Einstein Bagels, and Colectivo Coffee Roasters. During his career, Tom has held all roles, from barista to Chief Operating Officer, and has excelled at operational excellence, driving results, process improvement, and talent retention.

Loni Shuftan – VP of Human Resources

Loni brings over two decades of Human Resources expertise garnered from her tenure with restaurant concepts such as Potbelly Sandwich Shop, Naf Naf Grill, and Maggiano's to her role at Infuse Hospitality. With a proven track record of optimizing team dynamics and fostering a culture of excellence, she is poised to elevate Infuse Hospitality's HR practices to new heights, ensuring a workforce that is both motivated and aligned with the company's vision.

Bill Wilson – Vice President of Operations

Bill worked with Nordstrom’s restaurant division and later became the National Director of Specialty Coffee, overseeing 116 specialty coffee bars in the US and Canada. He has also led operations for Spiaggia and Bistro 110 and ventures such as McCormick Place, Disney World, and DIVE!, a concept with Steven Spielberg and Jeffrey Katzenberg

Brian Ferdman – Director of Strategic Growth & Development

Brian is an expert in growth marketing, business development, and digital transformation. His expertise spans the hospitality and entertainment industries, having worked with clients such as CPK, Darden's Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse brands, MTV Networks, Universal Studios, Lions Gate Films, Paramount Pictures, and more. Brian's primary focus is on developing new business relationships and client partnerships with organizations to collaborate with Infuse Hospitality.

Sven Lindroth - Director of Culinary

Chef Sven gained experience in the mid-90s restaurant scene before working in New Orleans, Jamaica, and Charleston, SC, where he attended Johnson and Wales University and won the 2008 Charleston Food and Wine Show. In 2009, he opened the award-winning Southern bistro "Cafe on the Corner" on Lookout Mountain, TN. After returning to Chicago, he launched a nationally ranked collegiate food program at the University of Chicago with Chartwells/Compass Group. Chef Sven is eager to bring his bold flavors and Southern-inspired hospitality to Infuse.

Matt Eversman – Director of Food & Beverage

Matt is a former Zagat recipient of the prestigious “30 under 30” award. Former Executive Chef of Oon, Saigon Sisters and Crosby’s Kitchen. Matt brings his culinary talents and vision to Infuse in order to develop our best in class food and beverage offerings.
