Michael Schultz – Founder

Michael Schultz is a serial entrepreneur, having spent three deçades building successful hospitality brands. He dedicated the earlier part of his career to working with Wolfgang Puck and leading an executive team at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Michael has helped create and grow numerous businesses, including Tradecraft Outfitters, Goddess and the Baker, Food Haul, Fairgrounds Coffee & Tea, Boombox Beverage and Infuse Hospitality.

Jeffrey Marquis – Chief Executive Officer

Jeffrey brings a wealth of leadership experience to Infuse Hospitality, with a diverse background spanning the consumer, travel, and hospitality industries. He has held executive roles and has been instrumental to the success of companies such as Guest Services and Travelscape.com. Jeffrey is a CPA and CFA and holds a master's degree from the University of Virginia and Harvard Business School's AMP program.

Wendy Powell - Chief Growth Officer

Wendy brings an impressive background with extensive experience in business development, operations, and strategic implementation for some of North America’s largest commercial food service providers. Most recently, she led a transformative journey as President of a corporate catering company, establishing it as a dynamic leader in New York City’s commissary-based dining space. As Chief Growth Officer, Wendy will focus on driving expansion and enhancing Infuse’s reach in the market. Her entrepreneurial spirit, passion for culinary innovation, and strategic expertise are a perfect match for our ambitious growth goals.

Tom McLaughlin - President , Fairgrounds Coffee & Tea

Tom brings 20+ years of coffee and quick service experience to Infuse Hospitality. He has grown his career with a passion for operations and people development with brands such as Caribou Coffee, Einstein Bagels, and Colectivo Coffee Roasters. During his career, Tom has held all roles, from barista to Chief Operating Officer, and has excelled at operational excellence, driving results, process improvement, and talent retention.

Ian Lewis – Chief Operating Officer

Ian’s career reaches from some of London’s finest Three Michelin Star restaurants and hotels, to New York’s Relais & Chateaux property, The Lake Placid Lodge and Corporate Executive Pastry Chef for Citibank in Manhattan. Throughout his professional career, Ian has created a niche focus on dynamic business development, leadership, and service and hospitality excellence within all walks of food and beverage.

Anthony Nguyen – Chief Marketing Officer

With a career spanning global restaurant brands and fast-growing food concepts, Anthony brings a deep understanding of marketing, brand strategy, and consumer behavior to Infuse Hospitality. He has led high-impact initiatives at companies like Carl’s Jr., P.F. Chang’s, and Sigma, where his work consistently translated into stronger traffic, sales, and brand equity. From launching award-winning LTOs to leading international market entries and pioneering fresh brand positioning, Anthony is known for turning insights into action. At Infuse, he focuses on building scalable marketing strategies rooted in great food, authentic storytelling, and a deep respect for the guest experience.

Sven Lindroth - Director of Culinary

Chef Sven gained experience in the mid-90s restaurant scene before working in New Orleans, Jamaica, and Charleston, SC, where he attended Johnson and Wales University and won the 2008 Charleston Food and Wine Show. In 2009, he opened the award-winning Southern bistro "Cafe on the Corner" on Lookout Mountain, TN. After returning to Chicago, he launched a nationally ranked collegiate food program at the University of Chicago with Chartwells/Compass Group. Chef Sven is eager to bring his bold flavors and Southern-inspired hospitality to Infuse.
