Kinsley by Fairgrounds: at One North Wacker with Irvine CompanyKinsley is a first-of-its-kind eatery from the creators of Fairgrounds Craft Coffee and Tea, offering unparalleled variety and choice under one roof to guests of One North Wacker in Chicago. Kinsley evokes a spirit of innovation and diversity, inspired by the ultimate Fairgrounds of old, the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition and its gleaming white city. A full-service kitchen offers additional variety and choice with chef-inspired fare from around the globe. Seasonal ingredients and rotating menu items allow for the discovery of different flavors to delight every guest and craving. Service options vary for those wanting to relax in the modern dining room gleaming architecture, as well as convenient grab-and-go for guests on the move.

World’s Fair by Fairgrounds is, a custom café and food concept inspired by Fairgrounds and created in collaboration with Inspired by Somerset for their stunning Bell Works Chicagoland complex located in Hoffman Estates. The café features 137 seats as well as an outdoor patio with an additional 45 seats. The 5,743-square-foot space is equipped with a full-service kitchen, food and bakery program, cocktail bar and grab-and-go offerings. The space also features a foosball table and other games, weekly events, corporate and social catering, and more.

The Foyer: 525 Monroe with Tishman Speyer

At the corner of cuisine and collaboration. The Foyer is a modern, inspired cafe with delicious cuisine and creative coffees, located in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood.

Remedy, “Cloud Level” Aon Center

Remedy is the premier lounge in Chicago’s famed Aon Center. Infuse worked with fitness and concierge partners to create an exclusive amenity experience, Cloud Level, for Aon Center’s tenants. The stunning 70^th floor now offers a sprawling café, bar and lounge designed for work and play, in addition to a state-of-the-art fitness center.
